Corinne Bérenguer is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in finance and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Member of the Surveillance Committee at PC SAS since October 2017, Bérenguer also plays a strategic role at Medene and is a member of the teaching staff at Master X-HEC Entrepreneurs. Since January 2017, Bérenguer has been an Administrator at Popmyday, a platform dedicated to beauty and wellness services. Previously, Bérenguer held various significant positions including Executive Director at Natixis M&A and Director of the Corporate Advisory Department at Natixis Wealth Management. With earlier experience as a Partner in M&A at Edmond de Rothschild Corporate Finance and as a Deputy Director of M&A at Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Bérenguer's expertise is further supported by a solid academic foundation, including degrees from Sciences Po Paris and Paris I.
