Eric Caplan is an experienced professional in the sports and events industry, currently serving as an Associate in People & Culture at JAM since November 2020, where responsibilities include managing part-time teammate schedules and addressing inquiries. Prior roles include Customer Experience Associate and Production Coordinator at JAM, where Eric played a crucial role in executing event production and innovating new remote events. Previous experience includes positions as Membership Associate at Orangetheory Fitness, Basketball Coach for York Youth Silver Knights, and administrative roles with Table Tennis Canada and Boxing Ontario.
