Isabel Sanchez, MSHRM, MA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources & Volunteer Services at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden, a position held since August 2017. Prior to this role, Isabel was the Manager of Volunteer Services at Zoo Miami Foundation from May 2010 to July 2017. Isabel holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Florida International University, completed in December 2022, and a Master’s degree in Linguistics from the same institution, obtained in May 1998.
