Jo Dufficy is a seasoned talent manager with extensive experience in recruitment, particularly within the Human Resources sector, at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd since February 2013. In this role, Jo has successfully provided tailored recruitment services for a variety of HR positions, including directors, managers, and specialists. Previously, Jo served as the Promotions and Online Manager at The Little Guitar Shop, focusing on the development of the business's website and online presence, and was involved with the LG Arena's promotions team. Additionally, Jo co-managed an online radio station for The Oasis Fashion Store as part of a student project. Jo holds a BA (Hons) in Communication and Media Studies from Birmingham City University and completed studies at the Academy of Music and Sound.
