Rudy Robles has extensive experience in operational and leadership roles within the food service industry, currently serving as Vice President of Company Operations and Chief Learning Officer at Jack in the Box since December 2004. Previously, Rudy held positions including Division Vice President of Internal Brand Communications, Director of Warehouse Operations, and Manager of Training & Development Systems at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at LeadingWay Knowledge Systems from December 1999 to December 2004. Rudy holds a Master’s degree in Educational Technology from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Stanislaus.
