Mauricio Malheiros, CSCP, CPIM, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at JA Saúde Animal, leading a team of 209 employees and overseeing various supply chain processes. Previous experience includes the role of Corporate Director of Planning and Operational Excellence at GRUPO NC, where Mauricio managed a large team and implemented significant operational improvements, including the development of a pulled production system that enhanced productivity and reduced inventory. Prior to this, Mauricio held leadership positions at Ourofino Saúde Animal, Robert Bosch, PwC, and BDO Brazil, specializing in supply chain management, operational excellence, and financial control. An alumnus of Universidade Estadual de Campinas with an Economic Sciences degree, Mauricio further pursued advanced studies in Supply Chain Management and Finance, demonstrating a strong commitment to professional development and expertise in the field.
