Hanna Lepers has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Hanna is currently a Board Member at LFB Biomédicaments since October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Vice President France Operations at LFB from July 2019 onwards. In the same year, they also worked as a Mentor and Expert at EIT Health from March onwards. Before that, they were a Senior Strategy Consultant at ATAWAO from January to June 2019. Their previous roles include General Manager and Business Unit Director HIV at Gilead Sciences from 2012 to 2018, and various strategic and sales positions at sanofi-aventis and Sanofi from 2004 to 2012.

From 2009 to 2010, Hanna Lepers attended HEC Paris and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. No specific field of study was indicated.
