Eric Brzezinski, CPA is a seasoned accounting professional currently serving as the Director of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting at J.S. Held LLC since November 2024. Prior to this role, Eric was the Accounting and Finance Director at H.W. Kaufman Group from November 2018 to November 2024, where responsibilities included producing financial statements in accordance with U.S. standards. Eric's extensive experience also includes significant roles at BDO USA, LLP, where as Assurance Manager from September 2013 to November 2018, duties encompassed planning and executing audit engagements, evaluating internal controls for SOX 404 compliance, and reviewing SEC filings. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Michigan State University, obtained in 2013.
