Muhammad Maaz FCCA is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors within the GCC. Currently serving as Assistant Manager Finance at Spacemaker (Byrne Technical Services) since February 2022, Muhammad leads a group involved in modular building and was a construction partner in Expo 2020 Dubai. Prior to this, Muhammad held the same title at Texture Properties UAE, managing financial operations for projects exceeding AED 3 billion. As a Senior Accountant at Ewan Architectural & Engineering Consultancy, responsibilities included project account management and financial reporting. Muhammad's career also includes experience as an Engagement Auditor at Rizwani & Imtiaz Chartered Accountant Firm and an internship at Pakistan Petroleum Limited, complemented by earlier roles in accounting. Muhammad holds an ACCA certification in Accounting and Finance, reflecting a strong foundation in financial principles.
