Thaddeus Shovlain currently serves as the North Central Regional Manager at GARCIA-CARRION, a position held since December 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Director of National Accounts for Kroger at Breakthru Beverage Group from April 2020 to December 2023, and Managing Director of Retail Chains at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates from November 2018 to April 2020. Thaddeus held several positions at The HEINEKEN Company from May 2007 to November 2018, including National Sales Manager for Kroger and National Account District Manager, focusing on regional chain accounts. Earlier roles include National Account Manager at The Gambrinus Company and Retail Account Manager at Coors Brewing Company, where Thaddeus developed and executed sales and marketing strategies across multiple chains. Thaddeus holds an MBA in Marketing from Westminster University and a BA in Marketing from Western Colorado University. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Marketing at the University of the Cumberlands, which started in January 2018.
