Bruce Honniball serves as the Regional Distribution Manager at Ventura Foods since August 2023. Prior to this role, Bruce held the position of Director of Transportation & Fleet at Transform Sears Home Services, LLC, where responsibilities included managing a $54 million annual transportation budget and overseeing a fleet of over 4,800 service vans. Bruce’s previous experience at PepsiCo included multiple leadership roles, culminating in the position of Director of Manufacturing Warehouse, where Bruce implemented strategic initiatives that enhanced supply chain efficiency and productivity. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, along with various certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Data Science certificate from eCornell.
