Joseph Smedley, Ph.D., LMHC, is an accomplished psychologist and educator with extensive experience in consulting and teaching. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor in Psychology at Ivy Tech Community College since October 2023, Joseph has also held the position of Consultant and Clinical Lead at VITAL WorkLife since September 2017. As the Founder and President of Smedley and Smedley Consulting & Training LLC since January 2018, Joseph has contributed significantly to professional development in the field. Previous roles include Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Indianapolis and Senior Consultant at several organizations, including Smedley & Smedley Consulting and DLEC Consulting & Training. Joseph is pursuing further education at Faith Bible Seminary while holding a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from Howard University.
