Otto Bjerg Hausgaard is an experienced investment professional currently serving as a Senior Investment Manager at the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark since June 2019, focusing on direct investments in both listed and unlisted companies. Otto has also held roles such as Senior Relationship Manager for a business financing program and Investment Manager for early-stage venture capital investments. In addition to current responsibilities, Otto is a mentor for transitioning armed forces personnel and co-chairs the selection committee for the Innofounder program at Innovationsfonden. Previous experience includes a Senior Manager position at BDO Danmark specializing in M&A corporate finance, roles at CAPNOVA A/S managing seed capital investments, and various positions in business development and administration at FCMB Aps, Gumlink A/S, and Targit A/S. Otto holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and Commercial Law from Aarhus University.
