Riley Kinnear's work experience includes roles at various companies. They began working at Colonial Building Supply in 2015 as a Sales Associate, where they focused on sales, customer service, and product knowledge. In 2017, they joined Dolores Dore Eccles Center for Early Care and Education as a Teaching Assistant, gaining experience in classrooms of different ages and eventually becoming an Acting Lead Teacher. In 2020, they worked as a Teaching Aide at EDITH BOWEN LABORATORY SCHOOL. In 2022, they joined Black Diamond Gymnastics and Sports Center as a Program Coordinator and Teacher. Currently, in 2022, they also hold a position at Ivy City Co. as a Customer Service Specialist and later transitioned into a Customer Experience Lead role starting in June 2023.

Riley Kinnear earned a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Studies from Utah State University, completing their education from 2017 to 2021.
