Dries Dehaudt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in journalism, communication, and community leadership. Currently serving as Afdelingscoach for West-Vlaanderen at CD&V since April 2021, Dries also holds the position of Voorzitter raad van bestuur at IVIO and Gemeenteraadsvoorzitter for Stad Izegem, both since 2019. Prior to these roles, Dries coordinated international projects and managed communications for Mothers for Peace from 2015 to 2021. A skilled writer, Dries contributed as a freelance journalist and copywriter for Corelio Connect and Roularta Media Group, covering regional news and the retail sector. Dries holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen, earned in 2012.
