Maria Lindqvist is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in shaping People and Culture strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as the CHRO for Stena Metall AB since March 2021, Maria is a key member of the Executive management team, driving initiatives to attract and develop talent. Prior to this role, Maria held significant positions at Zenseact and Zenuity, where the focus was on empowering people and cultivating high-performing organizations. With a strong foundation in human resources management established through earlier roles at Qmatic, GETRAG Ford Transmissions, Naturkompaniet/Fenix Outdoor, and KappAhl, Maria possesses a rich background that is complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Development and Labour Relations from the University of Gothenburg.
