Matteo Niccoli has been working in the IT industry since 1999. Matteo began their career at Enel as a System Engineer. In 2003, they moved to Finsystem s.p.a. as a System Engineer and R&D Developer. In 2005, they joined Dada as a Hosting Product System Engineer and System Engineer, where they worked on virtualization architectures, Active Directory and SharePoint deployments, and system administration for GNU/Linux and Windows 2008R2/2012R2. Matteo also worked with PowerShell, Python, and Shell Scripting, and monitored infrastructures with Nagios/OpsView. In 2018, they became a DevOps Engineer at NETWORK CONTACTS SRL, and then moved to Florence Consulting Group as an IT Consultant at Gucci S. p. A. In 2021, they worked as a DevOps Engineer at Sourcesense and GeoSolutions, and is currently a DevOps Engineer at iubenda.

Matteo Niccoli obtained a 50/60 degree in Information Technology from I.T.I.S. "S.Fedi" between 1994 and 1998. Matteo also has certifications from Coursera, Lean Kanban Inc., and HashiCorp. The Coursera certification was obtained in July 2020, the Lean Kanban Inc. certification was obtained in October 2016, and the HashiCorp certification will be obtained in May 2022.
