Vinh Bao Quang holds multiple certifications including SPS, PSM, and ISTQB, with extensive experience in engineering and agile program management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at ELSA, Corp since December 2022, Vinh oversees engineering initiatives. Previously, as Agile Program Manager at ZaloPay, Vinh led the development of the Agile Way of Work for a portfolio involving 33 squads and approximately 400 engineers, focusing on strategic planning and program execution. Vinh also has experience as an Account Manager at KMS Technology, Inc., where responsibilities included account management and team development, and as Project Manager at NashTech, where project management skills were applied across international projects using Agile methodologies. Vinh's educational background includes a degree in Advanced Diploma in Information Technology from NIIT Academy and ongoing certifications in software testing from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
