Ing. Ernesto Pablo Bauer Egerer has extensive experience in software development and educational roles. Since January 1984, Ing. Bauer Egerer has served as Director and Senior Consultant at Tixtools Software Solutions & IT Services, specializing in custom application design and implementation, document management solutions, and enterprise resource planning systems. Concurrently, Ing. Bauer Egerer holds several professor roles at IUA and the Facultad de Ingeniería - UBA, teaching management information systems, systems analysis, and software quality. Additional consulting positions include service partner for SAP Business ONE at Seidor, Chief Consultant & Developer at EPB Systems, and management consultancy at ABYPER SRL. Ing. Bauer Egerer’s educational background includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires, an Industrial Engineering degree from REFA, and training in social psychology.
