Margot Lefebvre is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Business Partner at ITW Food Equipment Group since April 2022, focusing on HR strategy, change management, legal compliance, and talent development across multiple entities. Previously, Margot held roles at Mondelēz International as an HR Support Project member, C-Log as Regional HR Responsible, and TEREOS in various HR capacities including HR Manager, Assistant HR Manager, and Assistant HR, effectively managing recruitment, talent management, and social relations. Margot holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from IAE Valenciennes and two bachelor's degrees in Human Resources and Law from IUT de Lens and Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France, respectively.
