Óscar Sangenis has worked in a variety of roles in the software engineering industry since 2006. Óscar began their career as a Software Engineer at SICE in 2006, and then moved to Dacartec Servicios Informáticos in 2007, where they held the roles of Business Development Manager and Development Department Manager. In 2011, they became an Account & Project Manager at Raona, and then a Manager/Technical Team Lead at Atos Consulting in 2012. From 2017-2021, they held various roles at Frontiers, ITRS, Returnly, and Cabify, including Development Manager, Engineering Manager, and Senior Engineering Manager. Óscar is currently the Head of Engineering at REVER since 2022.

Óscar Sangenis obtained an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid between 1998 and 2003. Óscar then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. between 2008 and 2017. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including a PMP - Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in April 2017, a Scrum Master - PSM I from Scrum.org in December 2016, a MS: Developing ASP.NET MVC 4 Web Applications from Microsoft in March 2016, a MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in February 2016, a MS: Programming in C# from Microsoft in February 2016, a MCSD: Web Applications from Microsoft in November 2016, and a MS: Developing Microsoft Azure and Web Services from Microsoft in November 2016.
