Eduardo Medina is an experienced professional in the food safety and agricultural consulting sectors, currently serving as a nacional representative at iFoodDS since January 2021, focusing on software for the digitalization of food safety, traceability, and quality documents. Eduardo has held the same representative role at It's Fresh! since May 2015, and also serves as Dist Mexico at HarvestMark since 2009. Additionally, Eduardo has been in a directorial position at AgroSupport of Mexico since September 2007, providing consulting services for agribusinesses. Previous experience includes a role as Operations Manager at Bionova from December 2000 to 2007. Eduardo's educational background features a Train the Trainer certification from Produce Safety Alliance in 2022, as well as training in the Foreign Supplier Verification Program from 2018 to 2021. Eduardo also holds degrees in Agricultural Biochemistry and Postharvest Technology from Tecnológico de Monterrey and University of California, Davis, among other institutions.
