MD Shahin Sardar is an experienced professional in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as Lead-Logistics & Distribution Manager at Agroshift since July 2023, where the focus is on transforming Bangladesh's agri-supply chain. Prior to this role, MD Shahin held the position of Territory Fulfillment Manager at ShopUp, a leading B2B commerce platform in Bangladesh, and served as Senior Executive Operations & Fulfilment (Warehouse In-Charge) at Sindabad.com. Earlier experience includes roles at Daraz, a pioneer in the e-commerce sector, where MD Shahin advanced from Junior Executive Operations to Team Lead. MD Shahin holds an Honours degree in Political Science and Government from Govt Bangabandhu College, completed in September 2021.
