Fred Horn has a distinguished career in high-level management positions in Financial Services, Healthcare and Manufacturing. He is the Co-head of global equity technology for Goldman Sachs and CIO of GSAM. He is also a Consulting partner for Ernst & Young advising global banks and asset managers on deploying latest technology. He founded a company responsible for creating a smart order router used by the NYSE for outbound order routing under Regulation NMS and FINRA’s Trade Routing Facility. He is a senior executive growing revenue from $5m to $180m for a technology company serving small to very large enterprises. Fred has implemented technology infrastructure for companies ranging in size from $3m to $1B. Fred has a degree in Economics from Northwestern University.
