Laura Taylor-Smith is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief People Officer and Global Head of HR at ITRS since October 2019, Laura leads the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives. Prior to this, Laura held the position of Head of HR - Nationals at Reach plc, where responsibilities included delivering a people strategy during significant acquisitions. Laura also contributed as Group HR Business Partner at Equinix and held various HR roles at TelecityGroup and Hertford Regional College. Educationally, Laura holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Health Studies with Spanish from Northumbria University.
