Uthaman Bakthikrishnan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Uthaman started their career in 1994 as an Associate Programmer at pc point. Uthaman then worked as an Associate Consultant at Pentafour softwares from 1996-1998. Uthaman then joined Business Software Solutions as a Senior Developer from 1998-2000. Uthaman then worked at Tek Systems as a J2EE Architect from 2000-2004. Uthaman also held the role of Software Engineer at Morgan Stanley from 2007-2009. Uthaman then worked at ETS as an Architect / Tech Lead from 2000-2007. Uthaman later joined Jobulu as an Executive Director in 2009. Currently, they serve as the Executive Vice President at ClearTouch since 2016 and at iTouch Dental Lab since 2018.

Uthaman Bakthikrishnan completed a Mini-MBA program at Rutgers University - Newark in 2004-2005. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Systems & Marketing from New College Institute Of Management from 1994-1997. Uthaman'sundergraduate education was at Anna University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1990-1994.
