Elizabeth Mortensen, MPA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, scheduling management, and operations across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources (PXT) Associate Partner at Amazon since November 2021, Elizabeth focuses on enhancing production quality and training new employees at the MSP7 Sort Center. Elizabeth has also held the role of Scheduling Manager at The Dental Specialists, where significant improvements in patient appointments and financial metrics were achieved. Earlier roles include Center Director at KinderCare Education, Executive Assistant and HR Generalist at Alameda Boys & Girls Club Inc., and Supervisor at Hanna Center, where contributions to program development and fundraising generated substantial organizational growth.
