Maritza Diaz is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and as the Chief Executive Officer of ITJuana, Maritza has been instrumental in enabling California companies to establish technology centers of excellence in Tijuana since September 2019. Maritza's experience includes significant positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where leadership of teams in the emerging technologies group was a focus, and at Life Technologies, where Maritza led diverse teams in IT functions. Previous roles as a Senior Consultant at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and various positions within Invitrogen further showcase Maritza's robust background in IT and consulting. Maritza holds an MBA in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and a Systems Engineer degree from Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas - ESPE.
