Allan Timm is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and technical support. Currently a Senior System Administrator at Exadel since November 2022, Allan has previously held similar senior roles at FRONTSTEPS and ZOLL Data, where responsibilities included user account management in Microsoft Azure, Exchange Online, and Office 365, as well as providing upper-tier technical support through Jira helpdesk systems. Prior to these positions, Allan served as a System and Network Administrator for the City of Federal Heights, delivering 24/7 operational support for public safety services. Earlier roles included technical support at Denver Health and various technician positions at companies such as Raytheon and Colorado Access. Allan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas.
