Jennifer Blum, CCP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jennifer began their career as a Clinical Research Associate at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in 1997. In 1998, they joined CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, where they held multiple roles in Compensation, HRIS, Associate Relations, Organizational Development, and Training until 2008. Jennifer then worked as an Executive Recruiter at ExecuQuest from 2014 to 2015. Currently, they serve as the HR Director at Itineris Inc, a position they have held since 2017.

Jennifer Blum, CCP received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Towson University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Applied Psychology at the University of Baltimore, from 1998 to 2000.
