Gina Fares, MBA, currently serves as a Human Resources Specialist at WORK Inc., a position held since August 2024. Gina has extensive experience in the retail sector, including a long tenure at Stop & Shop as a Cashier since November 2013, demonstrating strong operational skills and flexibility. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Assistant at HSMC from October 2022 to December 2023 and serving as a Shift Lead at Walgreens from November 2021 to September 2022, where responsibilities included store operations and employee training. Gina earned a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Fitchburg State University in August 2023, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Bridgewater State University, completed in 2020, along with an Associate's degree in General Studies from Bristol Community College.
