Nik Grove possesses extensive experience in IT and cloud services, currently serving as the Head of Hybrid Cloud at ITHQ since July 2020. With a diverse background, Nik has been a Team Co-Owner & Racing Driver at Storming Camel Motorsport since January 2012. Previous roles include Enterprise Sales Engineer at Rubrik, Inc., and EMEA Solutions Architect at Pivot3, a leader in Hyper-Converged Infrastructure. As IT Services Director at HPD Software, Nik was instrumental in delivering high-availability SaaS solutions and establishing operational strategies. Prior positions include Head of IT at the International Bank of Qatar, where strategic IT delivery and infrastructure management were key focuses, and Lead Infrastructure Consultant at Sovereign Business Integration PLC, overseeing infrastructure services for multiple clients. Nik holds a BTEC in Computer Studies from Orpington College.
