Dorothy Vannoy has a strong background in environmental, safety, and quality management. Dorothy began their career at Konica Manufacturing USA, Inc. in various engineering roles, including production and process engineering. Dorothy then transitioned to Lorillard Tobacco Company, where they worked as a staff engineer and manager, focusing on environmental and safety affairs. Currently, Dorothy serves as the Director of Quality, Safety, and Environmental at ITG Brands, where they manage a team and is responsible for implementing and maintaining policies and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Dorothy has also served as a project manager for implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.

Dorothy Vannoy has an extensive education history with a focus on business administration, management and operations, and chemical engineering. Dorothy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from East Carolina University - College of Business and a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Additionally, they have a Professional Certificate in Industrial Hygiene Management from Columbia Southern University, a Certificate in Quality Management from Guilford Technical Community College, and a Professional Diploma in Energy Management from North Carolina State University. Dorothy also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics/Pre-Engineering from Jackson State University. Dorothy also obtained a High School Diploma from Mississippi School for Mathematics & Science.
