Jon Greene

President, Innovative Solutions at ITA International

Jon Greene has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jon is currently the President of Innovative Solutions at ITA International, where they lead the merging of Stability and Sustainability and Data Solutions groups to provide technology-enabled professional services to federal and commercial customers. Jon'sexpertise includes systems engineering, operations analysis, data science, and emerging contaminant detection.

Prior to their current role, Jon served as the President of Stability and Sustainability at ITA International, focusing on nanomaterial characterization, environmental health and safety, and sustainable energy and water.

Before joining ITA International, Jon worked at Virginia Tech as the Associate Director of Strategic Planning and Development and later as the Director of National Security Research and Program Management. Jon also had a role as a Program Manager at TechOpp Consulting.

Jon's work experience also includes positions as the Acting Associate Director and Interim Executive Director at the Mid-Atlantic Aviation Partnership, as well as the Commanding Officer at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dam Neck. Jon has also held roles in the US Navy, such as the N6 Assistant Chief of Staff for C5I at COMNAVSURFLANT and the Reactor Officer on the USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT (CVN 71) and the Commanding Officer of the USS MCINERNEY (FFG 8). Jon has also worked at Supreme Allied Command Atlantic as the Assistant Program Manager for NATO's Maritime Command and Control Information System.

Throughout their career, Jon has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, research management, and leadership.

Jon Greene earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy in 1981. Jon then pursued a Master of Arts degree in National Security Affairs from the Naval Postgraduate School from 1988 to 1989.
