Jordan Costello has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Retention Specialist and Insurance Sales Agent at INSURITAS since January 2022. Previously, Jordan worked as a Sales Consultant and in Personal Lines Sales at The Hartford from December 2019 to December 2021. Prior to that, Jordan was an Associate Account Representative at Amica Mutual Insurance from October 2015 to August 2019, where responsibilities included underwriting risks for various types of insurance. Early career experience at Black Eyed Sallys involved customer service as a waiter from February 2014 to December 2015. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marist College, attended Wheaton College Massachusetts from 2008 to 2009, and has a solid foundation in client relations and risk assessment.
