Isidora Babović is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in people engagement, training, research, and recruitment across various organizations. Currently serving as a People Engagement Specialist at IT Labs since January 2023, Isidora previously held the position of Training and Development Junior Expert at Erste Banka Srbija from April 2020 to January 2023. Prior to that, Isidora worked as a Junior Research Fellow at SeConS Development Initiative Group and gained experience as a Recruitment Associate at Banca Intesa Beograd. Early career roles included Field Researcher positions at ASTRA and the Institute of Sociology and Social Research, as well as continued research work at SeConS Development Initiative Group. Isidora is pursuing a Master’s degree in Sociology at the University of Belgrade, building on a Bachelor's degree obtained from the same institution.
