Roman Feierabend has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and insurance industries. Roman started their career at BNS Group in 2000, where they held different positions including CIO, Leiter Application Development, Knowledge & Quality Manager, and Leiter Education. In 2008, they joined Medi24 as a CIO and served in that role until 2014. Following this, they worked at Allianz Global Assistance as the Head of Infrastructure Services from 2012 to 2014. Currently, they are the Head of Cloud Services at isolutions AG, a position they have held since 2014.

Roman Feierabend has a diverse education history. Roman obtained an Executive MBA in General Management from Berner Fachhochschule - Bern University of Applied Sciences from 2008 to 2010. Prior to this, they completed their eidg. dipl. Informatiker degree in Service Management from Swiss ICT between 2004 and 2006. In 2003, they earned an Informatiker eidg. FA degree in Operational Services, also from Swiss ICT. In 1999, they obtained an SVEB 1 certification in Erwachsenenbildung from SVEB. Roman Feierabend also holds additional certifications as a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. and as a CCSP from (ISC)², both obtained in 2022.
