Allen Cole is an experienced club manager and administrator currently working at Island View Golf Club since June 2019. Prior to this, Allen served as Maintenance Manager at Rise Baking Company and Equipment Manager at Millerbernd Manufacturing Co., where leadership of a team for preventive and corrective maintenance was demonstrated. Allen's career also includes a significant tenure in the US Navy as Operations Project Manager, managing a large team and overseeing extensive production and maintenance operations. Allen holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University, a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, and an Associate of Arts in History from San Diego Mesa College.
