Kassim Williams has a robust background in customer support and operations management, currently serving as Customer Support Manager and previously as Operations Supervisor at Island Pay since December 2019. Prior to this role, Kassim gained valuable experience as a Special Credit Officer at Commonwealth Bank (Bahamas) from May 2016 to December 2019, honing skills in credit assessment and financial management.
