From 2015 to 2019, Jon served as an Office Manager at Implants and Periodontal Medicine, where they excelled in hiring and training new staff and managing the clinic's budget and accounting systems. In 2019, they joined Fiserv as an Application Support Engineer and consistently exceeded monthly targets by resolving 60-70% more cases. Jon provided 24/7 on-call support and demonstrated expertise in incident resolution and problem management. In 2022, Jon joined Lumin Digital as an Application Support Engineer.
