Sandeep Raina has over 24 years of work experience, with their most recent role as the Vice President of Sales Operations at Ishan Technologies starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Aditya Birla Capital as a Zonal Head from December 2018 to March 2023. Sandeep also had extensive experience at Idea Cellular Ltd, where they held various positions including Zonal Business Manager from 2015 to 2018, Zonal Business Manager from 2011 to 2015, and Senior Manager from 2008 to 2011. Sandeep began their career as an Assistant Manager at Tata Tele Business Services in 2007 and also worked as a Territory Manager at Reliance Communications from 2003 to 2007, and as a Territory Manager/Pre Paid Manager at Escotel Mobile Communications Ltd from 2001 to 2003. Prior to joining the telecommunications industry, Sandeep worked as a Sales Officer at Parle Agro Pvt Ltd from 1999 to 2001.

Sandeep Raina completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electronics from GGM Science College at Kashmir University in 1997. Sandeep then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing & HR from ShivaJi University, completing it in 1999. In 2014, Sandeep also obtained certifications in Harvard Leading & Motivating and Performance Measurement from Harvard Manage Mentor.
