Claudia Sebastiani has a diverse background in environmental and climate change work. Claudia currently serves as the South Florida Partnerships Manager at ISeeChange, where they are responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships to collect and share climate data. In their previous role as the Miami Flooding Initiative Manager at ISeeChange, Claudia led a platform that combines real-time data and natural language processing to inform climate adaptation planning and infrastructure design.

Prior to their work at ISeeChange, Claudia worked as a Campaign Managing Consultant at Conservation Concepts LLC, where they successfully led a coalition campaign to protect the Everglades ecosystem and fought against sprawl. Claudia also served as an Environmental Project Manager at Conservation Concepts LLC, where they managed projects and developed partnership strategies.

After completing their degree in 2004, they furthered their education by enrolling at Florida International University School of Journalism and Mass Communication. From 2007 to 2009, Claudia worked towards obtaining a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communications, with a focus on Public Relations. Claudia'scommitment to education continued, as they attended Florida International University once again from 2014 to 2016. During this period, Claudia pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability and the Environment, emphasizing their interest in the field.
