Robert Fardi has had an extensive career in business, beginning in 1997 when they were an Experienced Analyst for Accenture. In 2000, they became the Business Development Director for Bixler. In 2002, they co-founded Unison Agency, now REQ, and served as President. In 2009, they were appointed Vice Chairman of the Board for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's U.S.-Bahrain Business Council. In 2011, they joined the Board of the Greater Washington Sports Alliance (GWSA). In 2020, they joined the Board of the Banu Foundation. In 2021, they were appointed as a Member of the Board of Advisors for the Conrad Challenge and a Board Member for the Middle East Institute. Robert is currently serving as Executive Vice President & Equity Partner for REQ.
Robert Fardi attended George Mason University from 1989 to 1993, earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies. Robert then attended the Université Côte d'Azur from 1992 to 1993 for a French immersion program. In 1990 to 1995, they took undergraduate and graduate international business courses at The George Washington University. From 1995 to 1997, they attended George Mason University again, obtaining a Master's in International Commerce and Policy from the School of Public Policy. Finally, they attended the University of Oxford from 1996 to 1997, completing a postgraduate program in international economics and European Union Studies at St. Peter's College.
