Monica Mena is an experienced professional in materials management and supply chain with a strong background in the automotive and technology sectors. Currently serving as MP&L Manager at Irvin Products since December 2020, Monica has previously held various managerial positions at notable companies, including Materials and Logistics Manager at Henniges Automotive and Materials Logistics Manager at both Lear Corporation and Toyota Boshoku America. Monica began a career in logistics at Parras Cone de Mexico S.A. de C.V. in 1995, progressing through roles at Elopak and Delphi, among others. With a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Regiomontana S.C. earned between 2011 and 2014, Monica combines technical expertise with extensive industry experience.
