Ranteg Singh Rao is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Doyle Construction Company since September 2018, Ranteg oversees preconstruction and revenue operations. Prior roles include Vice President and Director of Preconstruction at the Maryland State Highway Administration, where Ranteg acted as an on-site consultant under a joint program with the University of Maryland. Additional experience includes positions as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Maryland and Project Engineer at Doyle Construction Company, as well as Quality Control Inspector at ECS Limited, where Ranteg was responsible for quality control testing across various construction projects. Ranteg holds a Bachelor's degree, a Master of Science, and a PhD in Civil Engineering, all from the University of Maryland.
