Kara Milair is an experienced insurance professional currently serving as a Claims Liaison at Ironpeak since September 2022. Prior to this role, Kara spent over two decades at The Main Street America Group in various positions including Retired Regional Sales Director, Business Development Executive, Territory Manager, and Agency Development Manager, with responsibilities ranging from marketing and sales to team management and strategy development in the Northern New England Territory. Kara began the career at Peerless Insurance as a Personal Lines Underwriting Manager, after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Music from Syracuse University between 1980 and 1984.
