Dustin Kittleson has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Dustin is currently the VP of Engineering at Iron-IQ, Inc. since April of 2019. Prior to that, from May 2015 to April 2019, they worked as an Automation Manager/Engineer at SCADA Integration Partners LLC. Before that, they were an Automation Engineer at Champion Technology Services from June 2012 to May 2015. Dustin started their engineering career at URS - Washington TRU Solutions, where they worked as an Engineer from June 2008 to June 2012.

Dustin Kittleson completed their primary education at Bottineau High School from 1995 to 2002. Following that, they pursued higher education at Northland Community and Technical College from 2002 to 2004. Dustin then continued their studies at South Dakota Mines from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
