Jenny Chen has extensive work experience in quality engineering. Jenny started their career at Mitsubishi Electronics in 2002 as a Quality Engineer and later worked at Inventec in the same role. In 2005, they joined Nokia Siemens Networks as a Process Quality Lead and stayed with the company until 2010. Jenny then joined Schneider Electric as a Senior Industrialization Quality Engineer, where they worked until 2014. In 2018, they joined Baker Hughes, a GE company, as a Lead Product Quality Engineer. Currently, they are working at iRobot as a Principal Quality Engineer since March 2020.

Jenny Chen attended Dalian Polytechnic University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering. Following this, they pursued further studies at KU Leuven from 2003 to 2004 and completed a Master's degree in Statistics.
