Denise van Wijk is an experienced project manager and business consultant currently working at Irixs since September 2016, focusing on comprehensive client support, including process development and implementation. Prior to this role, Denise served as a consultant at HR-Estafette from July 2015 to September 2016, assisting organizations in the effective deployment of HRM systems. Denise's career also includes experience as a P&O staff member at Kwintes, where a graduation project examined the use of key performance indicators within HR, enhancing data-driven decision-making.
