Diane Reardon is an experienced quality management professional with a robust background in the automotive and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as APQP Manager at Protean Electric since 2022, Diane previously held the position of Senior Quality Engineer at SMR Automotive Global from 2018 to 2022. Earlier experience includes roles at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars as QMT from 2011 to 2018, Quality Engineer at Southco from 2003 to 2011, Quality Engineer at Johnson Controls from 2001 to 2003, and Quality Systems at Koito Manufacturing from 1994 to 2001. Diane began the career as a Laboratory professional at Beakbane Ltd from 1989 to 1994. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry from Edinburgh Napier University, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
